We use commercial HEPA equipment and work in multiple passes from the ceiling down, detailing fixtures, millwork, cabinet interiors, window tracks and floors, then returning to the surfaces that collect the second settling.
If contractors are still finishing, tell us — we will schedule the detailing pass for after the last trade leaves so you only pay for it once.
