About Cleaning Master
We started in 2012 with a small crew, a van and one rule: vet and train every cleaner ourselves and hold them to a written standard. Fourteen years later that rule is still what makes the company work.
Built for a city that never slows down
Cleaning Master began cleaning New York City apartments in 2012. The early work was residential — walk-ups in Brooklyn, studios in Manhattan, families in Queens — and the feedback was consistent: people wanted a cleaner who knew their home, and they did not want a quote that changed at the door.
So we built the company around fixing both. Cleaners are vetted, trained and assigned to steady routes, so your home is served by cleaners who know it. Residential prices are flat and set by bedrooms, bathrooms and service level before you book. When customers asked us to clean their offices too, we added commercial lines with the same discipline: walkthrough, written scope, per-square-foot pricing, one named account manager.
Today more than 100 team members serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and Hudson County, New Jersey. We have completed over 300,000 cleaning services for more than 75,000 clients, and roughly 70% of the people who book a one-time cleaning stay on as recurring customers — the number we watch most closely.

Supervisors inspect work against a written checklist — 60 points for a standard clean, 75 for a deep clean — and scores feed performance pay, retraining and crew assignment.
