1. Information we collect
When you book, apply for a job or request a commercial quote, we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone number, service address, access instructions, pet information, special notes and payment details processed by our payment provider. We also collect basic technical data such as device type and pages visited.
2. How we use it
We use your information to schedule and perform cleanings, dispatch the right crew, take payment, provide support, handle claims, comply with law and improve our service. Access instructions are shared only with the cleaner and supervisor assigned to your visit.
3. Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we retain only the limited information needed to reference a transaction, such as the last four digits and authorization records.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us operate — hosting, payment processing, email delivery and analytics — under contracts limiting their use of it, and with authorities when required by law or to investigate a claim.
5. Retention
We keep booking and billing records as long as needed for service history, tax and legal requirements. Job photos taken to document completed work are retained for quality control and claims, and are removed on request unless needed for an open dispute.
6. Your choices
You can review and update your account details when signed in, ask us to correct or delete information we no longer need, and opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about a scheduled cleaning are not marketing and continue while you have upcoming service.
7. Security
Access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it, protected by authentication and role-based permissions, and transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
8. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
